Julie Wait Designs, Inc. provides a full range of interior design and space planning services primarily in commercial spaces such as offices, banks, health care and senior living spaces, as well as unique residences.

Our design approach puts function as the foremost requirement for any project. Our mission is to understand who our clients are, and express their unique image in their workplace or home. We embellish upon your ideas to create an overall design scheme for your home or business. It is our goal to carefully plan and design a fully coordinated interior, from the finishes and furniture, to the lighting and artwork. Our design team is committed to utilizing products and design concepts that contribute to planning long lasting and economical Green buildings. The objective of sustainable design is to reduce the negative impact on the environment, reduce consumption of non-renewable resources, minimize waste and create healthy and productive environments by making informed choices on the materials and resources we select.

Designers with Julie Wait Designs are all members of the USGBC (United States Green Building Council) and are knowledgeable in green sources and LEED projects. We are currently completing the design work for the Beaver Water District administration building in Lowell AR. This project is seeking LEED certification for new construction.


Julie Wait Fryauf, ASID, Registered Interior Designer founded Julie Wait Designs, Inc. in 1985. The firm has designed many award winning businesses and homes.
